What are our changeover days?
From the start of the school Easter holidays until the end of October half term changeover is on a Friday. The rest of the year changeover day can be on a Friday or Monday giving you the option of a 3, 4 or 7 night break.
What about Christmas & New Year?
Christmas and New Year weeks normally start from the 21st & 28th December
What are our arrival & departure times?
You can arrive from 3pm onwards and we ask you to depart by 10am.
Are there any additional charges?
No, the holiday price is totally inclusive.
What additional items can I request?
Cot with mattress sheet (Please bring your own cot bedding)
Black out blind
Infants microwave bottle steriliser
Can I ask Tesco or Sainsburys to deliver?
Yes you can. But don’t forget to give the cottage name on the delivery instructions. Also please make sure you book a delivery time slot when you know you will be here to accept delivery.
When do you feed the animals with the children?
Every morning at 9am throughout the year (except Fridays and Sundays).
Do you still do animal feeding in the winter?
Yes, animal feeding continues throughout the year. In the winter the lambs, pigs and goats are brought inside and there are always lambs to bottle feed.
When do you do pony rides?
Every Monday and Wednesday, straight after animal feeding
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes all the cottages, play barn and soft play room have Wi-Fi
Do you accept dogs?
We don’t accept dogs.
What do I need to bring?
If you are coming out of season wellies are a good idea for morning animal feeding. For everything else it’s probably best for us to list what we provide. So click through to What’s provided and if you still have a question please click through to our Contact page.
